Be A Lighthouse

Let us be a light house,In the midst of the sea.We’re anchored upon the rock,And that’s our sole key.The winds they will blow us,The waves spit our face,But Jesus will hold us,By his love and grace.

Let us be a light house,To those sinking deep,They’ve been battered and shaken,In sorrow they weep.Let them see our Jesus,By light that we show,And onward in victory,We’ll delightfully go.

Let us be a light house,Which no storm can shake.We owe it to Jesus,Who died for our sake.When he comes to take us,May we ready be,Helping those in darkness,Out on life’s stormy sea.

Let us be a light house,With bright warning lights,Saving those from shipwreck,In darkest of nights.Jesus saved so many,In roughest, toughest seas.May our light shine forever,Through all eternity.
